I am 19 years old and I have had my menses since age 10. Earlier this month I had it for 3 days(it usually is 5 days)and it was extremely light. Then 2 weeks later I had my regular period. Then about 8 days later after that I have had light spotting and absolutely no pain.I have never been to a ob/gyn,and im terribly afraid to go.By the way I am sexually active. But the last time I had intercourse was in early february and its june. What do I do,and should I be worried?

When it comes on to your mens. Cycle you body can act the fool sometimes, I know this as a fact....... But I would advise that you go to a doctor and they will better advise you or put you on meds to regulate your cycle....... The first time I did a pap smear.....Omg...... It was so embarassing....... It was a male doc but he called a nurse in the room I cried through it all and in the end I could no look in the doc's face b 4 I left his office, after that it gets better........But it is recommend that you do one once a year......
