But I would advise that you go to a doctor and they will better advise you or put you on meds to regulate your cycle....... The first time I did a pap smear.....Omg...... It was so embarassing....... It was a male doc but he called a nurse in the room I cried through it all and in the end I could no look in the doc's face b 4 I left his office, after that it gets better........But it is recommend that you do one once a year......
