There no better then the ones you buy at gnc for 3rd of the cost I was on them for 6 months. $50.00 no way for me!!

Don't forget about the garden of life - I like their vitamins but they are a bit pricy

gain weight? Fat or muscle? Vitamins will help your body function more efficently, gaining weight might require some thing different
