Can anyone here help me to gain weight in an instant...Maybe vitamins will do, but my problem is, I dont know what kind of vitamins im going to take...Can you help me??

What about you scottb8855. Maybe some cheap vitamins from gnc will do just fine. :-)

Don't forget about the garden of life - I like their vitamins but they are a bit pricy

gain weight? Fat or muscle? Vitamins will help your body function more efficently, gaining weight might require some thing different
