Q: Disc Prolapse

Hi my wife is 41 years old. She is having disc prolapse in l4-l5&l5-s1.

She did physiotherapy and was given painkiller injections. But the effect is only temporary.It is 2months since she had this problem .Can anyone suggest any cure for permanent relief
