New And Need Help

I am a new member and I am like freaking out and need some help and ended up on this site somehow, so if anyone has any advice or tips I would be grateful and so thankful. Ok here it goes, this is also very embarrassing for me but what the hell.

I have all these bumps around my anus, and it is very uncomfortable to sit down, sometimes when I wipe there is blood on the toilet paper, and there is a little itching but not that much. I have had this for about a month now. First I thought I had an std but I am almost completely sure that is is hemroids.

If it is hemroids should I see a doctor at once? Can it be cured or do I have to live with it forever? I haven't told any of my friends of family because I am so embarrassed but I really want this to go away, some one please help me :(
