I had the dynesis last Wed. on level L3-L4 and am walking 2 1/2 miles a day at 54 years old and my third operation on my back. It has rid me of the pain I had in my hips and legs. I have the incision pain and the bruising which I am told may take two to three weeks to go away. It was worth it though.
