Hi,

just wanted to know if any one else has this happening to them. I am 18wks 1day and find that my appetite has increased that somedays I want to eat all day and during the first trimester had no morning sickness and no appetite. I have been eating healthier though since became pregnant.I am petrified of gaining too much weight as I was a bit overweight before I got pregnant. Any advice :?: :?

Also Worried!
Yes, this is definately happening to me also. I am 14 weeks and was too a few pounds over my goal weight with morning sickness but now I want to eat up the world. What is that about? Some tell me it's the baby. Most of the time I eat healthy, but it is so hard not to want the junk for me. I don't have any advice- I do try to walk everyday and when this is over I will be back at the gym. We just need motivation and encouragement. Good luck!!!!

Don't Worry.
Hey, you and your baby will be fine. Just pray about it. I can't wait until I get my body back, this sucks. I would like to feel the baby kick and move though. But as I said b4 don't worry and pray about it and good luck. Let me know how it goes.

I was like 110 before and then gained a 'lil weight before I found out (mom thinks it's because my body was preparing for pregnancy....But anyways I now weight 140 lbs. My Dr. Said I only gained 10 lbs. So maybe I weighed about 120....I don't know but I ain't big lal over...At least not yet :/ but I know it's only normal because i'm pregnant but i'm hoping to get back down to at least 120 after having the baby (due date's feb. 1st, 2006....I'm 3 months)...Or maybe even et back down to 110 lbs. We'll see what happens!
Good luck girls and don't stress......You are all still pretty and now have glows about you because you're pregnant so be excited and don't worry...I'll do the same. :)

Eat eat eat, girl! While you still have the chance. Being pregnant is one of the only times in a women's life that she is encourged to pack on the calories, as long as they aren't "empty calories". But you say you'r eating healthy which is great. Don't worry abput your weiht right now...Worry about making sure your baby gets alll the nutrients he/she needs.

Extremely eHealthy
Just remember that women who are already overweight should actually only gain 5-15lbs. Seeing as how women who are smaller do not have enough fat stored up for the pregnancy, they are recommended to gain more.
