Q: Skin Grafting

Can the skin of one person be used for another persons skin graft. My son had skin grafting done to his leg 22 years ago and I was told his fathers skin couldn't be used for the graft that it had to be my son's own skin.

I was recently told that I was wrong and anyones skin can be used if you need a skin graft????? Question

Skin Grafting
A person can not use another person skin for grafting. I had 3 skin grafts and I asked my surgeon if he could graft with artificial skin and he said the site was too large for that. If the site was small he could have done so. Using someone else skin can not be done.
