Q: Goodbye to 50 Pounds

Hello, I apologize for the blatant self-proclamation, but I am very
happy and proud of myself and if I say nothing, i'm going to burst.
Today, I checked the scale at my doctor's office and have officially
lost 50 pounds. I have gone from 233 to 183. I owe it all to dancing.
I love to dance but my weight has kept me from feeling
comfortable enough to attend parties and clubs. Then,
i discovered dance dance revolution for the playstation ii ($200).
It made dancing easy and fun. After 1 hour a day for 86 days,
here I am. Still, i'm not satified or done, i've just started aerobics and lifting.
Believe it or not, I do both to a $15 dance music video dvd
i bought online. For me, it helps. Next weekend, I plan
on going (with my new body and warddrobe) to a club for
the first time since highschool. Eventhough it may not work for
everyone, I was able to literally save my life for a little
over $200, and believe me, it's worth it!!!!!

Oh yeah, for those who want to know.

Congratulations goes out to you! It can be difficult taking off weight for some people with medical problems such as myself but I don't give up, I exercise 2 times a day lightly, I work 10-16 hrs. Per day, I was working more hrs. But the doc and my medical situation made me slow down. Keep up the good work and remember that it gets more difficult to take off the weight as you get older.
Enjoy your night out!
Sincerely,
sandy
