Q: Is My Child Bi-polar?

My child was labeled as having a borderline personality disorder, I feel that it is bi-polar, I have learned from research that it is hard to have a teenager diagnoised with bi-polar how do I help when the current out of treatment of therapy isn't helping. 7 out of 10 of the chararestics are there but it seems as if I am the only one who can see them. What can I do?
