It started with a dull pain on the right side in the middle of my back, then continued around to the groin area. I went to the er and to my surprise I have a 3.5mm stone in my right kidney. I had blood in my urine, a bacteria infection, fever, nausea, and severe pain. Much to my surprise, the said to be "stone" hasn't left my kidney. I am concerned that there might be something i'm missing here... I was told that these symptoms that I am currently experiencing are all of those when the stone is passing through the urinary system. Could I be having some other serious problem that is being overlooked?
