I saw that diet coke is now being made with splenda. Splenda is really catching on and this worries me. It is very enlightening. I have experienced many adverse reactions to artificial sweeteners, so I felt it was important to pass this along. Best wishes to all.

Stevia

I use a natural sweetener called stevia. It is so much better than these chemical manmade ones. It is also so much sweeter, a little goes a very long ways.

Stevia Sounds Pretty Good

I was using sucralose/splenda and found that it was giving me nasty stomach cramps. My girlfriend's boss uses stevia. I did a google search on it and found this - stevia.
