Q: My Bones Hurt

I have deep pain in my upper arms, some in my lower arms. And hands. It feels like my bones hurt. This is agonizing pain. The pain wears me down, I am so tired all the time, I could go to sleep at any given time. I can only sleep in short spurts because the pain is worse when I sleep & wakes me up. I am desperate!

How old are you? If you are elderly, you may have arthiritis.
If you are still pretty young, there may be another condition that causes this.
Go to your Dr. And ask. Know for sure and get help. Take care and post again on how you are doing.
Hope you feel better. :)

I'm not sure what it is, but i've been having the same thing. I know anxiety can cause a lot of aches and pains. I have been seeing a chiropractor, but it hasn't been helping. My arms have actually started to shake at times. Do you use a computer a lot? I'm thinking that might be my problem. Good luck.
