Hi,

I fractured my t7 when I slipped on my 2 icy granite steps. All of the soft tissue and muscle mass within my rib cage was smashed in the fall. What kind of future am I looking at after doing the prescribed exercises? I am 50 years old, and have always been physically active in and out of my job. But what now, that everything hurts? Even driving? :(
