Few day have past and I noticed I have a small purple to black lump in my anus. In fact it looks like 2 but one dosent stick out. Anyway its not that big but im worried what it could be. Im thinking hemorrhoids .... Could it be anything else ? Also it can get a tiny bit itchy but no blood as of yet ?

If this help my diet is very bad, and if is hemorrhoids I will have to look at the stuff I eat.

How common is it within teenages to have such sytptoms ?

Also will it go away or will I be stuck with it now for the rest of me life (for example comes and gose)

Hemorrhoids are more common than you think. I once had a bad one that it hurt to sit or walk. I eventually had to go see my doc about it. He said there were two roads to take. (1) the less painfull way but takes longer to get rid of.....Put cream on it to relieve the pain and let it subside, usually a month or longer or (2) most painful but heals in 2 weeks and your done with it...... Lance it and drain the clot inside of it.

I took the 2nd road but I will tell you this, after he numbed the area it killed all pain. Then he lanced and drained it. He then bandaged my rear up and sent me to pharmacy for pain med. I was fine untill I was in line at pharmacy. The local wore off and a wave of pain hit me that like to knocked me out. The drive home was extremely painful. But after that I have never had another one and had quite a few before then. But talk to your doc about the risks involved- and there are long term risks.
The lanceing procedure is kinda embarassing just to warn you but if your in enough pain, you will not care...Lol

Hey. This does in fact sound like hemmoroids. Your doctor should look at this to be sure. But if this helps ease your mind-they are very common, and they will come and go. Sometimes they may not come back for years. Some people experience them more often than others. It just depends on the person. There are rare cases of someone getting one so bad that surgery is necessary. If this ends up being the case, there is no need to go into a panic, as this is not anything major. It actually sounds scarier than it is. You stay awake during the procedure, they give you a novicane shot and then they cut a small insisian into the hemmoroid. A hemmoroid is a blood sack like a blister-that is all. They come on by a few different things like diet(spicy and acidy foods mainly) or pushing to hard during bowel movements. Oh and after the procedure it really doesn't hurt bad. Feels more like a slight bee sting for about two days. But pain medication can be given. I know this as it happened to me. And really the most frightening part might be baring your bottom to the doctor-but they are only there to help. And there is no particular age it just happens. There is no need to fret-you are normal and this is not a disease or anything like that. Ok 8) I hope this helps.
