Well about 2 weeks ago I was lifting and I felt a pop near my left abdomin right above my hip bone after that I couldnt lift any more I felt this pain everytime I tried. The next day I went to the doctor and he said its not a hernia there is no lump and when I cough no lump or any thing. Well as time passed it started to get better I can lift more and more everyday. People at my gym say it prolly a muscle tear or muscle pull but if it was that it would hurt all the time right??? Well 3 days ago the pain was almost complety gone so I started to lift a litte heavier but then now I feel pain right in the bladder area like were the hernia should be. But still no lump or any thing. Someone at the gym said it may be a pre hernia like a hernia ready to come out any time. I really dont know what to do should I go back to my doctor?? My friend at the gym said even if u go to the doctor ur insurance wont approve for surgery cause its very light hernia. Or should I wait and see if it goes away again???
