Hi all. Ive always had trouble with sleeping but just recently it seems worse. I am having trouble falling asleep at all and have been taking a muscle relaxant to help me get some sleep. I dont want to keep taking this every night and become dependent on it though. I do have an appt with a neurologist for some twitching that ive been having in my foot on and off and I was wondering if a neurologist is able to help with sleep problems.. Im hoping that they can.. Thanks all.
