I have had sinusitis a lot in the past. You should try to build your immune system by taking in foods rich in anti-oxidants: deep color rich foods

also I used a homeopathic spray which you can find at a health food store which does not have a rebound affect. I have also used one called sinna.


Keep your windows closed if the air is full of smog or pollen.

Sinusitis is inflammation of the nasal passages caused by a histamine reaction from a trigger which could be dust, pollen, pollution, etc.
You may want an allergy test done.
