I don't see why it would matter, if your not having sex, and feel you dont need to be on it anymore for protection, you could just stop. Don't think its gonna hurt you, only thing I could think of is that your period might be a little off schedule. And you might experience some spotting.

I just sort of panicked with what everyone was saying on the forum and reflecting those symptoms was no way to live. I have been changing my diet so I need to adjust to alot of things. I've always gone natural all my life and don't even take meds when I am pain only in extreme circumstances so this is a big move to make. If I feel this is not the right move I will go on the crystal bead method. Thanks for the reply
