Hi,
i am 21 and I still have regular nightmares, maybe once every 2 weeks, I dream most nights and always vividly remember my dreams, I can still remember dreams from 6 years ago!
Recently much to the annoyance of the other staff in my work accomasation I will wake up out of a nigth mare withe rin floods of tears or screaming.. And when I wake up I am so scared I will useally just go to work, and I tell you this now, my night staff dont like me showing up at work at 5am!!
I have had troubel sleepign before, so much so that I woudl go days with out sleep because I was too scared to sleep or I just wasnt tired, I used to have to take 3mgs of melatonin nightly but I have now reduced that to maybe once a week and only if its getting silly where I have been laying there for several hours and thankfully it works great with me.
I guess what I am asking is how can I stip these nightmares, they often follow a theme, with ghosts and thigns I cant see btu always scare me.
Oh yeah,, when I take the melatonin I tend not to reember my dreams, and I wil always wake up once in teh nightm but when I have to get up I do feel refreshed and awake and like I have had a good nights sleep.
