I have a hard lump to the right of my scrotum that I noticed around a year ago. It is now around 1cm in diameter. It is in the skin. I'm worried that it may be cancer - but I can't find any information online about this kind of thing.

Can anyone help me?

Go to the doctor as soon as possible just in case.
What you've got doesn't sound like cancer, but just in case the sooner you see them the easier it will be for them to treat it if it was.
