Q: Not Knowing What to Think

I found this lump near my peliv area right where myleft thigh meets it. It hasnt gotten bigger since I found it. Ive lost weight and I still eat a lot, I get suden pains in my left leg were it is killing me to walk or move it. I have discharge coming out of me as well and my periods are heavier then usual. Im not sure what to think about this
