Hello-

first off I am only 17, I have been experiencing back pains for less then a year, but its always so uncomfortble for me to bend over, and if I ever have my back in a awkward position even for a minute, its hurting sooo bad for awhile! Just by standing and folding laundry I start to feel my back cramping up and starting to hurt. Its in my lower back right on the sides of my spine. I havnt gone to the doctor or anything about it, I just don't understand why doing little things can cause me to have so much pain, I havnt injured it or anything, though when I do remember my back pains starting was when I used to work in a office and I was sitting at the computer like all day, and I started getting back pains, but I relized my backing to my chair was kind of low, so when I highered it, I notice me getting better, but do you think somehow I did hurt my back? I dont work there anymore, but im still always having these back pains. And I dont hear of people my age dealing with this. My breast though have also been getting a lot bigger by some weight gain, but id think if it was caused by that my upper back would be hurting... Any tips would be helpful thanks!
