Why Does Your Gut Area Change Sizes Throughout the Day? Posted: 05-23-05 12:20pm


I notice that when I measure my waist in the morning its 25 inches, but when I measure it at night it's 29 inches. Is such a severe change normal? If I tighten up my abdominal muscles will this stop happening?
