I'm 42 and from what I can tell, i'm showing no phsyical signs of menopause. Apart from being heavier now and again, my periods are extremely regular. However, i've found i'm suffering from terrible moods about a week prior to the start of a period. I'm conscious of it and find it very hard to deal with them. Can this be a fore-runner to menopause? Even during adolesence, my moods never changed as abruptly as they do now. I'm not on any medication whatsoever. I haven't smoked for over 3 years and only drink occassionally.
