I just want to say that yesterday I lost a very special friend to an eating disorder, she went through so much and she was so young,21. This girl was extremely strong and brave. She is an inspiration to us all, please don't let her death be in vain, she fought very hard but this time it wasn't enough. If nothing else will you all just think of her and hope that where ever she is that she is happy and at peace, I would really appricate it.Thanks everyone.

Teardrops of Hope
I'm devastated to hear about your friend. I think her battle is almost a motivation for us to get better. You saying that she was extremelty strong and brave shows that even the most wonderful people can battle as hard as they can and they may still lose the fight.
I hope you're ok with dealing with this issue, you must miss your friend terribly and it must be such a loss to you- someone who you loved lost their life to something you are going throguh as well.
I hope you cope okay with this and if you need to talk pm or e-mail me anytime ok. I'm there for you.
I'm not sure if you belive in god but your friend is in my prayers and I will be thinking of her.
I certainly agree with you- I hope your friend is at peace. I think she is happy wherever she may be. At least now she is free from this eating disorder- she has flown somewhere happy lifted up by angels.

Sorry
I would just like to say how sad that made me feel reading about your friend, I realised today how bad my bulimia is getting and your post was a reality check for me and hopefully for others. Today when I decided to try and get better I cried about 10 ten times thinking about how I don't wanna die and also how its like i'm loosing my best friend. I hope you're doing ok and know that your friends death will not be in vain if it helps make other people aware of their demons. I am so sorry for your loss :(
