I would be interested in communicating with you. I would like to know why you think you are near a solution for your attacks.
I have a site about a conflict of physiology related to the vision startle reflex.
Designers and engineers discovered the problem when knowledge workers using the first production models of close-spaced office workstations began having mental breaks. The cubicle became the solution for the office design problem.
So few people are aware of this that there is almost no research on it.
Schools and students are unaware of the need for cubicle level protection when you place a study area or computer workstation in a room with repeating detectable movement.
I think that persistent exposure, which is far too low to cause a full mental break, is the source of panic attacks.
One reason is that I once had panic attacks. I did not understand them back then. They stopped and I did not know why.
When I began writing the panic attacks page for my site I remembered them and what I did to stop them.
I moved my computer workstation from the center of a room where it was a room divider to the corner of the same room.
