Q: Burned Nerve Endings Due to the Use of Desensitizer

Hi
i am 38 years old , I totally lost my erection 2 years ago .I saw three doctors specialized in sexual health without result .They conclude that my nerve endings are burned so there are very little chance to recover . The only solution is to have surgery to insert a prothesis . Does anyone know anybody who had nerve problems and what did they do? Please let me know I really need help
