It's frenulum brief it's a condition and
there is minor op to correct it. You can
have it removed but it attaches the
forskin to the glands and aids in keeping
it retracted when not errect.
You also have a frenulum under you tongue
stops you tongue from going down your
throat. General knowledge comment if
