Q: Vaginal Brown Discharge - Ovulation?

Hi, all, new to the boards!

So I haven't had a period since mid-jan. 2005 (i have polycystic ovarian syndrome, and have been off the pill since december because I just did not feel like paying for the perscription since I was not in a relationship), but then...

This past friday, I started seeing some light brown discharge that was consistent until sunday...Then today I was just having a lot of clear, maybe almost yellow, discharge. I'm just wondering if this is potentially a period or ovulation?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I would say it could be a period the reason it's brown is since you haven't had a period for a while the lining of your uterus has built up and has sat there for a while. Its just old blood. But it could be something else considering your condition.
