Q: Alesse Side Effects Plz Reply

I just started taking alesse 3 weeks ago , I have noticed breast enlargement and my nipples are sensitive? I know that breast enlargement is common but can nipples be sensitive? Is this normal?

I also am sore in my upper thighs and I am scared. I might have pulled muscles but should I contact my planned parenthood physicians just in case? I'm so scared. Will someone please respond?
