Q: Skin Rash

In a boxing match I received a punch to the lower left rib cage. I may have suffered bruised ribs. After one week I developed a pimply rash on that side of my body. Just under the left breast and on my back. It's not a large area. Just a line that extends around my side from sternum to spine. How should I treat this?
