I have no energy and my thoughts are disturbing and my husband keeps on saying i'm sorry your not feeling well and I got rough with my darling dog. I think these are all signs. I also broke out real bad last week like I never have. So i've been thinking the same thing. Thought I share an alternative that I was going to try before I got on the patch and thats called the crystal beed method. Go on the internet check it out . I'm surprised some of these gals have suffered years with depression etc and haven't gone off. Whats up with that?
