I have recently been diagnosed with systemic lupus. I have varying skin symptoms and was wondering what other people have used that helps? I have the coin shaped lesions on my arms, body, face, fingers and have just started using a steroid ointment (prescribed by my dermatologist) that hasn't helped much so far.

Can anyone tell me what they might have used (natural or prescribed) that helps diminish the appearance of the rashes, spots, etc..?

Has anyone used tea tree oil on them?
