Q: Confused

I'm now pregnant and just found out that I have fibroids in my uterus. I'm thinking about getting an abortion so I can get rid of the fibroids then try again later, but I want the baby more than anything. Does anyone think it's possible to carry full-term?

Hi
Hi jaylin,
congratulations on your pregnancy.
I also know nothing about fibroids but my advice to you is speak with your doctor and find out more about it don't make any hasty decisions,as you don't want to terminate the pregnancy and then find out you could have carried full term so find out all the information you can first.
Good luck to you :)

Fibroids
I had a fybroid with my last pregnancy 12 yrs ago.....I had a wonderful healthy baby boy by c section, as I was having alot of pain.....And they found a fybroid on the outside of my uterus the size of a soft ball....So they delivered the baby and then "delivered" my fybroid....No problems.
