Q: Scar Tissue

I hav a scar on my arm I want to get rid of.Every now and then,it burns or itches and I was wondering if I can remove it with surgery or possibly cover it up with a tattoo.Is there anything I can do to remove the scar?

colon scar tissue

can a baloon be inserted into the colon to push aside some scar tissue that is causing food not going through properly?
