I Know What You Have
You may or may not be experiencing any pain in your jaw, but you do have a pinched nerve in the jaw that is caused by tmj.

The best advice is to wait it out, and avoid eating any hard candy, peanuts, cashews, chewy breads and worst of all gum.

Hair In My Throat
I have also been experiencing this problem. It feels like I have had a hair in my throat for 3 days now. I also have tried everything... Eating bread, drinking, coughing, gagging, gargling and all of the above.

It really is a nuisance. Any ideas?
