Hi,
I had an eye problem recently that some part of my vision is blanked while the rest is perfectly ok. I went to see two eye doctors. The first one told me that my retina blood vesseling are bleeding and referred me to see a retina specialist. The specialist asked me to have a chest x-ray, blood tests (lysozyme, esr, cbc, hiv, toxo-, and histo-something), and fluor angiogram done.
To my surprise, the specialist told me that there is no bleeding but the blood vessels are surrounded by some unknown tissues. The x-ray is find. The blood tests showed high red blood cell count and hematocrit while the rest is fine (the histo- and toxo- have not reported yet).
I'm a 22-year-old male and is near-sighted. The doctor told me to wait until he found out what is going on. I am very worried about it, so i'd like to have some help from people here.
Sincerely,
nick
