Q: Red Spots

My daughter came to me yesterday and had round red spots that were flat and they were bleeding. They came on quick and so I gave her a bath and they stoped bleeding right away. They are still the same after a day of benadril and they dont turn red by pushing on them. I was wondering if anyone would know anything about what might be the cause of it.
