Q: Bleeding...

Hey,
i'm a week and a half late, and i've been having cramps everywhere, in my back and lower abdomen. It seems like normal menstrual cramps, but usually my period comes the day of or the day after the first cramping, which was about 5 days ago.

Yesterday, I went to the washroom and had been having bad cramps, and when i...Wiped...I checked to see if my period had started (gross...I know) and there were just a couple spots of blood there, nothing else. And it was like, pinprick spots, and light red. I'm not sure if I was cut somehow...Or if it was actual spotting, but does this sound like it could be implantation bleeding?

I don't know what to think really. If someone can help me that would be great. I'm also having issues with hematuria, so could it be that too? And i'm also very bloated and have gained a lot of weight.

Cramping is common in early pregnancy. I had terrible cramps and just knew that my period was getting ready to start but it never came. You should really take a hpt if you are already a week and a half late.
