Q: Testicle Pain That Has Decreased Over Time

For about a few weeks now, my right testicle has gotten slightly firmer and I also feel swelling in the back of the testicle kind of like epididymitis.
The right testicle used to be moderately painful when I sat down. But now, the testicle only hurts very very slightly when I touch it. Otherwise, the testicle feels fine. I'm worried that I might have epididymitis, but I am virgin and I have no urinary infections to my knowledge. Plus, my scrotum isn't red and I have no pain during urination or ejaculation and no blood in my semen. I had no fever and I never felt that I had to stay in bed. Can someone help me out? Thanx.
