I don’t know how to explain this, but it happens to me all the time. When ever I try to talk to anybody, no matter how loud or low it is, some micro granules of spite spread forcefully out of my mouth over others faces. It seems like that I spread this spite from my tongue and lip with up coming vocal air stream. I don’t know whether it is due to excessive air pressure from my vocal cord, spite density is less, spite gland is oozing more or there are some physical deformities in my vocal system.

My vocal base is so high that it never reaches far, almost in all the cases, I need to raise my voice to reach to anybody even who is nearby. Often my voice is lost amongst the others. I don’t have any pain or broken voice only problem is that it is very low.

I would be great full, if anybody can help me out by giving me good suggestions to whom I should consult and what should I do.
