I need some more help please!!! See, theres like these dots all over my vulva.. There like raised bumps I guess and they dont hurt and they have been there ever since I was like little. One of them got big and hurty. Any ideas of what it could be?

Can I have herpes even tho I didnt have sex before?

If you have had a cold sore it is possible to have genital herpes.
However, it is unlikely from your description, because herpes is small weeping sore - just like a cold sore but on your genitals.
I think you are just seeing, normal genital tissue.
However if it worries you ask your mom to take you to a gynae appt.
How old are you?

I dont want to say my age, but I will tell you I dont even have my period yet. Does your vulvar tissue have these sort of bumps? They are evenly spread out and they dont go beyond the slimy area if you will.

Can u not buy or borrow a book as I think u are just finding out about ure body as u sound quite young or as ure on line surf the web and u might find out some things let me know how u get on :)

Maybe see a doctor, just in case, but it is probably nothing :)
