You cannot compare results because everyone is going to react differently to the same medication. You basically have to find what works best for you via trial and error.
I personally did not like the low-dose birth control because it caused me to have my period every 2 weeks. However, a lot of women seem to respond really well to them.

I'd say, check with your doctor to see which pill is right for you. Birth control pills have different effects on different women. :)

I have high cholestoral, so my doctor said that I needed a low hormone birth control pill....
