You could have heamorrhoids, internal ones can cause little bleeding. Its basically an enlarged boood vessel inside (internal) or outside (external) around the anus. I know so much cause I got them....
They usually go away within a few days, you can take some treatments 'preparation h' and other gel-based cremes. Or if its long lasting you can even have surgery. That is a last resort though...
