Well for a while now , i've been noticing that a lump appears on my right testicle. It isnt attached to it though ( or so it felt ). It's painless ( most of the time..And when it does hurt , the pain is insignificant ). What's weird is that it comes and goes. Some times I wake up in the middle of the night and it's there. I take a piss , go back to bed , wake up and it's gone completely.
Can some one explain to me what's going on :( ?
I'm afraid I might have testicular cancer :( .
