Hi, you are doing very good with all of the excercises. What I do is Monday i do chest, Teusday: back, biceps and triceps, Wednesday: Legs, Thursday's and Fridays I do alot of cardio like the super circuit, stepper, treadmill, ect. Sometimes my program will change a bit and i will do for instance on a monday legs and tuesday i will do cardio. The say your body gets use to the same excercise that you do, so you have to shock it sometimes.
Let me give you an excample of what I do on a normal workout.(eg: legs)
I start with 7 min on the bicycle, just to warm everything up. The levels different from 6 up to 12.
Then I do the machines( I am still not sure waht everything is called, I have a personal trainer that helps me with this). I do normally 5 different machines, adn after every machine, I squad with 10 kg in each hand( I must say that helped alot to strenth my legs). Then after I did all the machines( 3 reps of each and each time your levels must increase) Then I go over to abs( Everyday I do abs) And there is many excercise for abs. Then after that i will go ten minutes on the treadmill on inc 5, speed 9.5. And afer that I will stretch and then I am done.
