Hi. About two-three weeks ago while flossing I noticed a black circle on the inside of my cheek...It looked like a mole and I figured it could be that I bit my cheek or something and it becamse a blood clot. Anyway it went away the next day. But now I have on my other inside of my other cheek 2 or 3 red dots..They come and go. I dont know what they are and my gums hurt in the front of my lower mouth. There are two little white dots where the pain is. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
