Well I think you will get a lot of replies
since there are many with the same
problem!
Exercise is crucial. A person who doesn't
exercise would have to eat 500 calories
less to lost the same amount of weight.
Please try something- aerobics, sports,
walking, treadmill, a gym work out with a
friend, its more fun and you can motivate
each other.
Eating healthy is a real challenge. So
find a way of eating for life that you can
live with.
Tips
a) don't buy junk food. If its not there
you can't have it.
B) snack on healthy foods.
C) don't dont dont dont deprive yourself
of anything please. I know from
experience when this happesn you will end
up bingeing more...
D) eat three meals a day, if you eat less,
your metabolism will be screwed up and
later you may gain weight.
E) look in the mirror once a day to say
something positive about yourself.
F) accept yourself as you were made- you
are a beautiful and special on the inside,
there is only one of you!!
Also remember eating healthy and
exercising are things you have to keep
doing not just until you lose weight.
I'm sorry you feel this way right now, the
road to thin won't be that easy
unfortunately but with willpower you can
do it and you will look back and be proud
of yourself!! :d :)
take care, good luck to you and keep
posting, there are many on these forums
who have the same problem as you and would
love to get to know you and help.
Ps- also I live in america, I don't know
what 13 stone is- how many pounds is that?
I just went by what you said about being
overweight.
Sorry this is so long.

I believe I have the will power to go
through with it and will take your
advice.
Would I be right to set myself a target to
try and reach in a certain amount of time
or would that be wrong

motivation for you. Just remeber to make
them realistic.

doing.
