i am writing to see if I can get some of you to help me out, I just joined an affiliate program with a diabetic supply company.

All I have to do is get people to fill out a short survey and I get paid $30 for each person that does it. You do not have to ever buy anything and you get a free glucose meter just for doing it.

I know it sounds like i'm trying to get you to buy something but honestly..I am a mother of 6 and trying to supplement my husbands income.
