Hi everyone !
I am 42...Married....Have three boys...I work part time...And have had a major weight problem all my life...Usually, I get control..And have reached my goal three times...However, this time..I don't seem to have the drive, which is strange because this is the most I have ever weighed. (i am only 5' tall and am weighing in at 247...) I am disgusted with myself...Nothing fits...I feel frumpy, which makes me over emotional...Any ideas,anyone? I would so appreciate the help.

Hi! I am sorry to say, but you must have the drive to overcome your weight problem. Do you have a gym membership? Do any of your friends work out or go on daily walks/runs? Try and find someone that is trying to lose weight also, and you guys can get the drive from eachother. In the meantime, drink plenty of water and cut out the junk food!

Can you put your boys in a stroller and jog like once a day? Can you get a treadmill and run at home? If I had time thats what I would do and just eat healthy. I know how hard that is! I love pizza and ice cream! But try, you got to think really hard on what your goal is, and make yourself get there! Have strong motivation!!!!

Hi! You sound as though you are looking for goal to loose this weight for. Ok. This is what I did. Think about all the times you are going to have to go to school events. I did not want to be an embarrassment to my child. So, I took the bull by the horns and by the (you know what). I walk everyday...20 minutes. Can email you with how I got to size 10 and stayed here. You have to do this for yourself first....But, if it helps you, tell yourself you are going to do this for your family. You will be healthier and in better shape to enjoy things with them......... Are you going to let this control you..............Or.........Are you going to take charge get into shape? You decide! Here to help if you want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
